Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from nhmdinosaurtoys.com. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re happy to help.

Returns
You may return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must include all tags and labels

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your payment provider first. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact our customer service team.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please return the item you have and place a new order.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process
To return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship the item to the return address we provide

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide return shipping instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we will issue a refund to the original gift giver upon return receipt.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
